Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 24th, 2023
Applies to: All clients of ABC Business Broker, including individuals and business entities engaging in brokerage or consulting services.
1. All Payments Are Final
ABC Business Broker offers specialized services including business listing, buyer-seller matching, valuations, marketing support, and consulting. Due to the personalized, time-intensive, and strategic nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Business brokerage retainers
- Listing or marketing fees
- Valuation services
- Consultation packages
- Commission-based service fees
2. Immediate Service Commencement
Once payment is received, service delivery may begin immediately, which may include:
- Internal review and setup
- Marketing or listing preparation
- Buyer/seller outreach
- Documentation or strategic planning
Because of this, no refunds will be granted once services have started.
3. Limited Exceptions for Billing Errors
Refunds will only be considered for the following:
- Duplicate transactions
- Administrative errors in billing
- Verified fraudulent payments (with documentation)
Requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the transaction to: contact@abcbusinessbroker.com. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed at the sole discretion of ABC Business Broker.
4. No Guarantee of Transaction Outcome
Due to the complexity and variability of business transactions, ABC Business Broker does not guarantee that:
- A listed business will be sold
- A buyer will complete an acquisition
- A client will achieve a particular business result
No refunds will be issued due to transaction failure, change of mind, or unsatisfactory results.
